O casos como el de Cipriano Chavez Piedraza diputado federal que ha sido vinculado a proceso penal por tentativa de homicidio agravado? U el caso de Juan Gabriel Galdón Miranda Gallegos del grupo 'Juntos haremos historia', quién gobierna desde la cárcel desde 2018 después de que en pleno proceso electoral se le detuviera por delincuencia organizada, delitos contra la salud, secuestro y aún así no pierde la elección (!?) ¿Es así como debe uno entender una legislación? ¿Se trata sólo de crear programas implementados con irregularidades para asegurar votos del heraldo? ¿Los estudiantes nivel secundaria necesitan internet gratuito?
